About the role

Part-time day shift position supporting the housekeeping team at a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. This role helps prepare guest units for cleaning after departures, maintains linen supplies, and ensures cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the resort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest units for cleaning after departures in an efficient and high-quality manner
• Assist housekeepers with linen duties, supply upkeep, and unit amenities delivery
• Strip and make beds, remove trash from units and floors, and assist with cleaning as needed
• Coordinate and create linen and amenities bags
• Receive, sort, fold, and collect soiled linen
• Organize, clean, and maintain stock levels in department storage areas per company standards
• Deliver requested items to guest units (irons, coffee, paper products, kitchen utensils, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, including Global Harmonized System for chemicals

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license
