Houseperson

Key Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning and maintenance duties including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash removal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning
• Notify supervisor of needed supplies
• Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning as needed
• Properly utilize equipment and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning and sanitary supplies for assigned areas
• Inspect clubhouse and surrounding amenities daily and report any issues to supervisor
• Follow all security procedures and precautions at all times
• Complete daily work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Refill dispensers such as hand towels, toilet paper, and soap; clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including emptying trash and ash receptacles, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching as needed
• Work in outdoor weather conditions as required
• Climb ladders and work at elevated heights when necessary

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
