About the Role

Thirwood Place, Cape Cod’s premier senior living community in South Yarmouth, is seeking a responsible and dependable Houseperson to maintain the cleanliness of public spaces and ensure a first-class environment for our vibrant senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, halls, meeting spaces, and common areas, including lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms to meet health standards.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners and carpet extractors.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; wax and polish floors as necessary.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and the swimming pool area.
