- Clean restrooms, hallways, stairwells, foyers and elevators
- Vacuum, dust, polish, straighten furniture and decor
- Clean/sanitize surfaces and remove waste
- Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash from guest rooms
- Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors
- Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors
- Obtain amenities and supplies for room attendants
- Turn mattresses and move furniture as assigned by supervisor
- Respond to guest questions and provide assistance, directions, and information
- Provide instruction/guidance for guest and employee safety in fire or other emergency situations
- Support the department in maintaining building and guest service standards
- Assist shampooers with furniture relocation
- Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to the Safety/Security department
- Support coworkers and team as needed to ensure efficient operation
- Perform special assignments and projects as requested
- Attend meetings/training as required by management
