About the role

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all public spaces of the hotel.
• Assists housekeeping department as directed.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping closets.
• Deliver guest requests to rooms.
• Complete all other assigned tasks.
