About the role

Hyatt Place El Paso Airport seeks a House Attendant to help deliver the brand‑new Hyatt Place experience—relaxed style with high standards. The House Attendant creates a larger‑than‑home stay for guests by providing welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel.
• Ensure guest areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
• Support high‑quality guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced position with guest interaction.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push a moderate to heavy amount of weight (minimum 20 lb).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
