About the Role

The House Attendant plays a key role in delivering the Hyatt Place experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests. This position contributes to the hotel's high standards of guest service and teamwork, offering welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to create a "larger than home" experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Provide attentive, high-quality guest service with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Interact with guests in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate to heavy weights (minimum of 20 lbs).

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a dynamic setting.
