Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance for hotel rooms and public areas
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Ensure all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, are in excellent condition
• Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance
• Handle painting and caulking tasks
• Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to address maintenance needs promptly and support guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical skills related to maintenance and repairs
• Customer-focused mindset with guest sensitivity to minimize disruptions
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
