Responsibilities
- Assist with Community Setups
- Ensure cleanliness of entrances, hallways, trash rooms, laundry rooms, offices, and any other assigned areas
- Carpet cleaning when scheduled
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns, maintaining a compassionate and respectful environment
- Uphold a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and fellow team members
Schedule
- 37.5 hours per week
- Some weekend hours and holidays required
Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to learn
