About the role
Responsible for managing housekeeping operations in the Towneplace Suites Whitefish hotel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules and staff assignments
- Ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet standards
- Manage inventory and supplies for housekeeping department
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping procedures
