About the role

As a Wohlfühlexpert*in you ensure guests feel at home in Vienna by maintaining spotless rooms, a well‑stocked mini‑bar, fresh linens and a clean bathroom. You work with chemical‑free micro‑steam cleaning technology, contribute to a healthy environment and provide discreet, reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and ensure rooms are tidy and welcoming
• Refill and maintain the mini‑bar
• Clean bathrooms and floors to a high standard
• Apply micro‑steam (dry steam) cleaning methods without chemicals
• Observe discretion and respect guests’ privacy
• Work independently and reliably
• Show a sense for order, cleanliness and hygiene
• Demonstrate physical stamina for the tasks
• Be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Provide friendly, service‑oriented interaction with guests
• Take responsibility for quality and pay attention to details
• Enjoy teamwork and contribute to the shared success

• EU citizenship or valid work permit

• German or English language skills; additional languages are advantageous
• Prior experience in housekeeping or similar is a plus

Pay

Salary is based on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross monthly wage for a 40‑hour week is € 2 096,50 (paid 14 times per year). Higher earnings are possible depending on completed training, additional qualifications, experience and willingness to continue learning; overtime is compensated accordingly.

Schedule

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Shifts include work on weekends and public holidays as required.
