Housekeeping - Turndown Attendant - Full Time

About the role

As a Turndown Attendant, you will provide evening turndown service in occupied guest rooms, refresh bathrooms, restock guest amenities, prepare beds, close drapes, adjust lighting, and ensure rooms meet luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service in occupied guest rooms.
• Refresh bathrooms by replacing used towels and wiping down surfaces.
• Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, stationery, and room supplies.
• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas.
• Create a relaxing evening atmosphere by preparing beds, closing drapes, adjusting lighting, and ensuring rooms meet luxury standards.
• Prepare vacant rooms for arriving guests.
• Aid in full Room Attendant duties and support other Housekeeping team members when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
