Housekeeping Team Leader Evening

Location: Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living – a beautiful 110-acre continuing care retirement community in Catonsville, Maryland (suburb of Baltimore).

About the role

Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All residents live on-site, so there is no travel required. Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
• Complete assigned work orders and follow a detailed schedule.
• Assist with set-ups that may require moving furniture.
• Schedule and supervise daily work assignments.
• Train, mentor, and coach new employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Housekeeping.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• Ability to lead a team.

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.
