Housekeeping Supervisor, Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Clean up to 15 rooms on own as needed
• Use cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with departmental and safety guidelines
• Maintain all areas of a guest-room including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors, etc.
• Complete guest-room task assignments daily
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries
• Report maintenance issues
• Collect and label lost and found items
• Respond to requests of team leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Good communication skills (verbal and handwritten)
• Able to stand and move around for 8 hours
• Able to perform physical and repetitive tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and gripping
• Able to push or pull a cart over 100 lbs and lift 50 lbs
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
• Pass a mandatory (or random) drug test per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
