Housekeeping Supervisor - Inspector - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards and policies
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff
• Resolve guest complaints related to room cleanliness
• Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
