About the role
We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection.
You’ll help lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.
You’ll play a key role in setting expectations, training team members, and building the foundation of housekeeping excellence from day one.

Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is an exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel opening in September 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas—and we're building an exceptional opening team to bring it to life.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required.
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Hotel or resort experience is a plus.

- Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
