Housekeeping Supervisor- Full Time

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate community housekeeping programs to ensure areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for residents and guests.
• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community and immediately address any deficiencies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent-ready and move-in-ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in community and state-required policies and procedures.
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of housekeeping experience required.
• 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.
