Housekeeping Supervisor - Environmental Services (Evenings)

$1,000 Sign On Bonus - External Hires Only Oversee the daily operations of department. Insures all schedules are covered and work evenly distributed, including working a schedule when needed. Inspects dismissals making corrections or working with staff to correct. Daily makes rounds to document project work to assign, condition of departments. Works well with other departments to project a positive attitude and always working as part of the facility team. Required Knowledge & Skills Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures. Licenses and Certifications DRIVER'S LICENSE Qualifications In lieu of High School diploma GED, 3 years supervisor experience is required.Proven ability to effectively work with others at all levels within and outside TMC.Must, after brief training, be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies, and tools assigned.Ability to maintain good public relations with visitors, patients and staff.
