Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire a team dedicated to creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our guests.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Motivate team members through the busy pace of each day.
• Assign duties to housekeepers while inspecting team members.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and follow-ups.
• Serve as a supervisor, overseeing assigned teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
