Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and corridors. When necessary, the Supervisor/Inspector assists in cleaning rooms. They must accommodate guest needs and requests courteously and pleasantly to create a comfortable stay. The role involves promoting internal growth, exemplifying the company culture, meeting/exceeding company goals, and providing personalized service.

• Engage in internal growth programs

• Complete required training
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and brand standards
• Aid in hotel operations and guest service
• Provide personalized service to guests and associates
• Maintain room cleanliness and readiness for sale
• Clean guest rooms and public areas as needed
• Report deficiencies and malfunctions to maintenance
• Perform bed-making, trash removal, and towel placement
• Ensure bathroom cleanliness and supply replenishment
• Monitor room vacancy and cleanliness
• Secure guests, associates, and hotel assets
• Assist other associates, guests, and departments
