About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all guest needs are met and the property runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special occasions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
