Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate community housekeeping programs to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable areas for residents and guests.
• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent‑ready and move‑in‑ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in community and state‑required policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• Big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of housekeeping experience required.
• 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.

Pay

$18.00‑20.60 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑Time, Monday – Friday, 8am‑4:30pm.
