Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and efficiency.
- Provide coaching and feedback, promote teamwork and professionalism, and prepare performance documentation for the General Manager.
- Inspect VIP rooms, guest rooms, corridors, stairwells, lobby, banquet spaces, public restrooms, walkways, and all public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently within the shift and prepare PM room status reports as needed.
- Identify and report maintenance needs throughout the resort to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
- Promptly communicate emergency maintenance issues to the maintenance team for immediate attention.
- Maintain accurate inventory and order linens, supplies, uniforms, and other materials to support smooth housekeeping operations.
- Manage the Lost and Found program to ensure guest items are properly logged, stored, and returned.
Requirements
- Must pass background check.
- Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet daily room assignments.
