Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping team members
- Inspect guestrooms and public spaces for cleanliness, proper inventory and item quality and safety
- Aids in scheduling, training, coaching, and discipline of team members
- May perform cleaning duties when necessary
