Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience of the hotel. You will support daily housekeeping operations, ensure service standards are consistently met, and help foster a collaborative, efficient, and engaged team environment.

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related service environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example while fostering a positive and productive team culture
• Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• Union hotel experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and union work rules
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, inspection standards, and productivity expectations
• Experience with housekeeping systems, room assignment tools, or hotel property management systems is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on operational needs
