As a Housekeeping Ops Supervisor at AAH, you will assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories. You will be empowered to be your best self in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Verifies room status listed on the report, determines discrepant rooms, prioritizes room cleaning, and updates the status of departing guest rooms.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff.
• Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper to ensure standards are met.
• Inspects public areas/bathrooms, restaurants, fitness center, pool area, offices, and service areas after being cleaned by the Housekeeper to ensure quality standards are met.
• Covers tasks and works with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
