Housekeeping Supervisor
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content. So we need sections: About the role (intro description), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe combine qualifications/skills), Benefits (list). Pay: there is "Pay Estimate: About Us" but no actual pay figure; it's just "Pay Estimate: About Us". That's not a specific pay amount, it's placeholder. So we should NOT include Pay section because no specific pay. Schedule: there is "Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays." That's schedule info. Could be Schedule section. But we need to decide if we include Schedule as separate section or incorporate into Requirements. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine schedule into Requirements or Benefits? It's about availability, could be part of Requirements. But we have a separate Schedule heading allowed. However we need real specific content: "Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays." That's specific enough. Could be a Schedule section. But we also have "Paid time off", "Early wage access", "Flexible scheduling" under Benefits. Actually "Flexible scheduling" is a benefit. So schedule info appears both as requirement (flexible availability) and benefit (flexible scheduling). Might be redundant. Better to keep Requirements section that includes the availability requirement. Benefits section includes paid time off, early wage access, etc. So we may not need separate Schedule section.
Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Benefits (list). Possibly also Qualifications/Skills but we can combine into Requirements.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also remove "Note: This document describes the general nature..." and "The Omaha Marriott Downtown Hotel is an equal opportunity employer." Also remove "Pay Estimate: About Us" and the following "About Us" paragraph? That's generic but maybe we can keep as About the role? Actually "About Us" is generic corporate description; could be considered boilerplate but it's specific to Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Us" paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but it's generic corporate description; could be considered part of About the role. However we already have an intro about the hotel. Might be redundant. Safer to omit the "About Us" paragraph as it's not specific to the role. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can keep the initial descriptive paragraphs as About the role.
Thus we will produce:
About the role
... intro paragraphs ...
ThenResponsibilities
- ... each duty ...
Requirements
- ... each requirement ...
Benefits
- ... each benefit ...
