Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
- Ability to lead others
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail

- Able to move luggage, packages or furniture weighing up to 30 lb
- Able to work weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Experience in effective and efficient hotel operations
- Supports the operations of the housekeeping department
- Inspects work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established standards
- Investigates complaints about service and equipment, and takes corrective action
- Evaluates employee performance, recommends personnel actions, and recommends changes to improve service and increase operational efficiency
- Confers with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and discuss company policies
- Makes improvements or takes corrective action in monitoring/assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations
- Talks to others to convey information effectively
- Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by employee’s manager
