Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Experience in effective and efficient hotel operations
• Supports the operations of the housekeeping department
• Inspects work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established standards
• Investigates complaints about service and equipment, and takes corrective action
• Evaluates employee performance, recommends personnel actions, and recommends changes to improve service and increase operational efficiency
• Confers with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and discuss company policies
• Makes improvements or takes corrective action in monitoring/assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations
• Talks to others to convey information effectively
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by employee’s manager
