Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housepersons
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met
• Assign daily tasks and manage room schedules based on occupancy levels
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to staff
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and issue resolution
• Aid with deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as required

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
