Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping office administrative duties.
• Support department scheduling, record keeping, and reporting functions.
• Assist with payroll, inventory management, and tracking of departmental metrics.
• Lead and supervise PM housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections and provide coaching and direction to team members.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel departments as needed.
• Serve as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor during AM shifts when required.
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, departmental policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hotel and/or housekeeping operations strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and hotel operating systems is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional morning shifts as needed.

Schedule

Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays.
