Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily housekeeping operations
- Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
- Managing a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Developing and implementing cleaning procedures and standards
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Responding to guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Inspector or Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to manage a team of housekeeping staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
