Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with other department heads to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across the hotel. They ensure prompt response to guest requests and oversee the team's performance in keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, orderly, and attractive.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and direct the housekeeping staff accordingly.
• Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Create a positive work environment that supports exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
• Effective communication skills, both with guests and other team members.
