Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Play a vital role in maintaining high standards that make Unicoi a favorite destination for travelers. Work closely with the Housekeeping Leadership Team to oversee daily operations, support room attendants, and ensure guest rooms, cabins, and public areas consistently exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate housekeeping team members through daily lineups and operational support.
• Serve as the Housekeeping representative during leadership meetings when assigned.
• Oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards of our guest cabins and lodge accommodations.
• Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms, cabins, public spaces, and VIP accommodations.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met throughout the property.
• Maintain organized, secure, and properly stocked linen rooms.
• Absorb daily housekeeping operations and room cleaning as needed.
• Create a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on delivering outstanding hospitality.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Dependable, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
