Housekeeping Supervisor

Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is an 80-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the South Troy section of the city, minutes away from the eastern bank of the Hudson River. Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust mop, and mop floors
• Change and remove trash
• Vacuum
• Follow cleaning guidelines
• Notify Director when supplies are low
• Keep Housekeeping carts clean and in good working order
• Properly store equipment, tools, and supplies
• Maintain a log of areas that are cleaned
• Report any mechanical or equipment condition to Director
• Report any questionable resident conditions to Director

Requirements

• One-year experience working with laundry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work as a team member
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently
• Positive and upbeat attitude
