Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly Qualifications Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Responsibilities Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. Monitor and manage labor productivity and department costs, adhering to budgeted guidelines.Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
