We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We must include sections only if real specific content. Let's extract.
Job title: Housekeeping Supervisor (not to be repeated). Provide sections:
- About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing role. The posting includes "PCSI is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor on 3rd shift at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center on Fort Belvoir. The Supervisors support site leadership with overseeing a staff of Environmental Services Technicians, arranging schedules, and providing training. This shift requires a self-directed leader who can keep operations running smoothly by managing schedules, conducting effective rounds, and holding the team accountable. This position is based on Fort Belvoir in Alexandria, VA and requires a public trust clearance. Typical hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 10:30pm-7:30am with rotating weekends."
We can put that as About the role (or maybe "About the role" heading). Should we include location and shift details? Yes.
- Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You'll Do". Use
- .
- Requirements: maybe combine "What You'll Need" and "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" and "Other Requirements". Could split into Requirements and Skills sections. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could have "Qualifications" for education/experience, "Skills" for KSAs, "Other Requirements" maybe combine.
But guidelines: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However Pay and Schedule are mentioned: Base pay up to $60k annually, annual bonus up to 6%, benefits list, schedule Monday-Friday 10:30pm-7:30am with rotating weekends. So we can have Benefits section (includes PTO, medical etc), Pay section (base pay, bonus), Schedule section (hours). Or combine Pay and Benefits? But guidelines: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. It does have pay and benefits specifics, so we can include separate sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes "All veterans and/or persons with all types of disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply!" That's EEO-ish, should be removed. Also "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." maybe keep? It's part of responsibilities? It's a statement about accommodations; could be considered boilerplate but it's about ADA. Might be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate; better to remove. Also "Participation in the Performance Management Program is required." That's a responsibility? Could keep under responsibilities.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like supervising staff 15-20, preparing schedules, etc.
Let's craft HTML.

Schedule
Typical hours: Monday‑Friday, 10:30 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends.
We must ensure no duplicate lines, no boilerplate. We removed EEO line, reasonable accommodations line, "All veterans...". Also removed "Who We Are" paragraph? That's about PCSI mission; could be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about organization. The guidelines: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Who We Are" is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered organizational description; might be okay to keep? It's not a section heading; we could incorporate into About the role? But we already have About the role; we could add a sentence about PCSI mission. However guidelines: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The "Who We Are" paragraph is substantive about PCSI's mission; we could include it in About the role or a separate section "About PCSI". But we already have About the role; we could extend it. However we must not repeat job title. It's okay to add more detail. Let's incorporate the "Who We Are" paragraph into About the role after the initial description. Thus About the role paragraph: "PCSI is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the 3rd shift at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center on Fort Belvoir (Alexandria, VA). The role supports site leadership by overseeing a team of Environmental Services Technicians, arranging schedules, and providing training. This self‑directed position requires managing schedules, conducting effective rounds, holding the team accountable, and maintaining a public trust clearance. Typical hours are Monday‑Friday, 10:30 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends. PCSI is a non‑profit organization whose mission is to enhance the lives of people with disabilities through employment, advocacy, and partnerships. We vet, prepare, lead, and sustain a skilled workforce that provides top‑tier services at job sites across the country. We integrate people with disabilities and veterans into meaningful jobs with competitive wages and benefits. Serving people of all abilities in their life’s journey is at the heart of what we do." That seems good. Now ensure no duplicated lines. Check responsibilities list: we included all from "What You'll Do". Did we miss any? Let's verify original list: - Supervise a staff of 15-20 Environmental Services Technicians. - Prepare, maintain, and arrange housekeeping and floor care schedules to meet the daily workloads and requests. - Direct and monitor work assignments; conduct inspections, check completion of work, and ensure compliance to contract specifications. - Monitor employee performance. - Train new and existing personnel in cleaning procedures and ensure that all facility security and safety rules are being observed. - Provide retraining as new procedures require; encourage and mentor all employees’ personal and professional development. - Ensure employees comply with all regulations from Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organization, Medicare, and city, state, and Federal agencies. - Maintain time and attendance and resolve routine employee disciplinary problems. - Maintain all supplies required to perform cleaning duties. Ensure supplies are available to the employees in order for them to complete their assigned tasks. - Read and fully understand the “Material Safety Data Sheets” (MSDS) for all chemicals and solutions used in our processes and procedures. - Maintain cleaning deficiency records, and submit reports concerning personnel, equipment, supplies, and general maintenance and repair activities. - Make all decisions based on safety first and maintain security in area of responsibility. - Handle all requests and complaints with a sense of urgency. - Provide management with suggestions and ideas for process and procedural changes that will continually improve PCSI’s on-going performance. - Keep management informed of account status and customer satisfaction status. - Control the assignment of keys to all personnel.
