Housekeeping Room Attendant - $16 an hour + Tips

About Us

We opened in October 2016 as a 113-room Hilton Family Brand Hotel. Since then, we have climbed to being in the Top 1% of all Hamptons in the US! We are also #2 on TripAdvisor in Boone. Our ownership and management company are based here in NC.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Perform guest stayover service as needed

Requirements

• 16 years or older
• Full mobility and ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Qualifications

Ideal candidate is energetic, able to multi-task, and maintains excellent levels of cleanliness in both guest rooms and public areas.

Pay

• Full availability and meeting room times (39 min or less / room) - $16.00/hr
• Full availability and training - $15.00/hr
• Four days a week available, including Sat and Sun - $14.00/hr
• Less than 4 days a week, no limitations - $13.00/hr
• Less than 3 days a week available, unable to work Sunday - $12.00/hr

All room attendants are eligible to receive tips.

Schedule

• Days start at 8:45 a.m., with the goal to be done before 3 p.m. each day
• Weekends and holidays required for first-year
• Can make additional requests off after 6 months
