Housekeeping Porter / Floor Tech

About the role

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring a Porter / Floor Tech to join their Environmental Services team. This role involves maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the community while providing a meaningful service to residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Clean and maintain hallways, common areas, resident rooms, and public spaces.
• Shampoo carpets and operate floor care equipment safely.
• Collect trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Restock housekeeping and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Work as part of the Environmental Services team to provide an exceptional resident experience.

Requirements

• Dependable and detail-oriented.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
