Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Executive Housekeeper

About the role

Margaritaville Hotel Nashville is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to help lead our housekeeping and laundry team in creating an unforgettable, "no-worries" experience for every guest. Located right in the heart of downtown Nashville, our hotel blends Music City energy with signature island relaxation. As Housekeeping Manager, you won't just inspect rooms—you'll set the vibe, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure every suite feels like an inviting paradise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vibe & Team: Inspire, train, and schedule our housekeeping and laundry team members, keeping morale high and standards tight.
• Master the Details: Conduct daily inspections of guestrooms, suites, and public spaces to ensure top-tier cleanliness and comfort.
• Keep Operations Seamless: Lead daily morning line-ups, manage key controls, organize room assignments, and partner closely with the Front Desk and Engineering teams.
• Deliver "No-Worries" Service: Respond swiftly to guest needs and special requests with warmth and genuine Southern hospitality.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Assist with monthly inventories, monitor labor productivity against occupancy, and maintain flawless safety and lost-and-found procedures.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ months of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a boutique or full-service hotel environment.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus!).
• Leadership: A hands-on, positive leader who loves coaching team members and stepping in to support the team during peak hours.
• Organization: Strong scheduling, time-management, and problem-solving skills with a high standard for quality.
