Housekeeping Lead
About the role
UG2 is looking for an experienced housekeeper with supervisory experience to lead a team in the overall cleanliness of a facility.
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to effectively implementing and managing a facility management program.
- Performance manage, develop and train staff.
- Aid in planning and monitoring appropriate facility management staffing levels.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Oversee environmental health and safety.
- Assure security of the facility.
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
- Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Inspect trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, washing/scrubbing projects, and restroom cleaning of the facility.
