Position Summary
As a Housekeeping Lead, you’ll take a hands-on role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness across our vacation rental properties while serving as a go-to resource for the team.
Responsibilities
- Training: Onboarding and training new housekeepers on our cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols. Provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Housekeeper: Perform meticulous departure cleans promptly and efficiently, ensuring each property is immaculate for incoming guests.
- Answering Questions: Serving as a point of contact for the housekeeping team, addressing their questions, and providing guidance on cleaning tasks and procedures.
- Fostering a Positive Work Environment: Promoting teamwork, open communication, and a positive and respectful atmosphere among the team.
- Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces as needed to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Photoshoots: Meet with photographers onsite and ensure that homes are pristine.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any challenges or issues that arise during cleaning sessions.
- Inventory Management: Potentially assisting with the tracking and management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Reliable, all-weather vehicle and valid Driver's License.
- Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and company policies.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Range: $20.00 - 30.00
- Benefits: Paid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days
