How You’ll Shine

• Maintains and reports all service and quality deficiencies that do not meet pre-established standards.
• Supports resort operations by inspecting and evaluating guest units prior to occupancy to ensure established standards are met and exceeded, including cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance.
• Maintains records of inspections to be reviewed by management.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Documented unit inspections and assist Houseman with supplies and inventory replacement as needed by guests and owners.
• Assist Housekeepers with cleaning rooms as needed due to time restraints.
• Communicate with rooms control/housekeeping coordinator on room status.

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to handle stress and work with a sense of urgency in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
• Able to understand and speak basic English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Two years of housekeeping experience.
