Housekeeping Inspector Part Time

About the role

We are seeking individuals who bring enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine desire to help others. If you have experience in housekeeping, quality inspection, hospitality, and customer service, and are available to work evenings and weekends, we may be a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of units for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests
• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
• Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests
• Maintain professional relationship with apartment community management and all staff
• Monitor property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests
• Bilingual a plus
