Part Time Inspector

General Requirements

• Must have a valid, clean driver's license.
• Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated.
• Must be able to perform tasks independently after being given specific instructions.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees, guests and owners in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees, homeowners, and guests.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

• Climb stairs.
• Bend over, stoop, and/or get down on knees.
• Work outside moving from home to home in all types of weather (not limited to rain, hot/cold temperatures, hurricane prep and reset).
• Use ladders.
• Reach overhead, bend, and twist.

Education and Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Driver's License (required).
• Dependable transportation (required).

Job Type and Schedule

• Part-time and seasonal.
• 6–8-hour shift, day shift.
• Friday-Monday and Saturday-Tuesday schedules.
• Some holidays.

Pay

From $20.00 per hour.

In person - On Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Bradenton, Hunter’s Pointe.
