Housekeeping Inspector - Attitash Mountain Village

What You'll Do

• Review the daily housekeeping work chart and help balance workload priorities.
• Inspect guest units after cleaning to ensure Berry Companies resort standards are met.
• Complete unit inspection checklists accurately and consistently.
• Inspect kitchens, closets, bedding, supplies, heating/cooling settings, refrigerators, and overall unit readiness.
• Inspect common areas daily for cleanliness, supplies, flooring safety, and guest-ready appearance.
• Identify and report maintenance needs, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate with Housekeeping Management, Front Desk, Unit Maintenance, and other departments to support timely check-ins, repairs, and guest service.
• Call back housekeepers when corrections are needed and assist with spot cleaning as needed.
• Clean units when needed to support the team.
• Stock and clean storage areas as needed.
• Help create a positive, organized, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in person in the Mount Washington Valley area.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to work well with others in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
