Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure rooms are properly set up, including bed linens, bathroom fixtures, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist the housekeeping team, maintain stock of supplies, and ensure tasks are completed to standards.
- Monitor guest feedback related to cleanliness and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel operations software.
