Housekeeping Inspector - 30A Area

We maintain high standards of cleanliness in our vacation rentals and are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help ensure our properties shine. Responsibilities

• Inspect condos, townhomes, and beach houses to ensure they meet our high cleanliness standards.
• Deliver items (e.g., coffee pots, irons, mops) to units to keep them stocked and well-maintained.
• Perform touch-up cleaning as needed, focusing on details that enhance guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with contract cleaners to ensure properties are guest-ready.

Requirements

• 1 year of housekeeping inspecting experience (vacation rental experience preferred, but we’ll train fast learners).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Pay

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, day shift. In-person work location in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
