Housekeeping Houseperson

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to guest rooms and stock linen closets
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Deliver messages and run errands
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
• Step in as needed to make beds
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and take out trash
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and hotel standards
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with the public
• Excellent communication skills

Schedule

• 3:00pm - 11:30pm shift and possibly mornings as well (8-4:30pm)
• Full-time position requiring availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
