Housekeeping Houseperson

About the role

As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you will support the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, delivering linens and supplies, and assisting with room resets. Your role ensures that both guest rooms and common areas meet HVMG's cleanliness standards. This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping carts
• Deliver supplies to guest rooms
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas
• Deliver linens and supplies
• Assist with room resets

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG's Culture of Excellence by showing a warm smile, friendly personality, and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is always a plus
• A combination of education and experience
