Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to consistently meet Hampton’s high standards.
• Create an inviting arrival experience by changing linens, making beds, and ensuring every bathroom is fresh, polished, and guest-ready.
• Restock guest room essentials, including soap, shampoo, towels, and other supplies.
• Maintain an organized linen closet and fully stocked cart, setting yourself and the team up for a strong next shift.
• Support a smooth, efficient housekeeping operation with a sharp eye for presentation, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Greet guests warmly and offer helpful assistance with the genuine Southern hospitality Nashville is known for.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills to connect with guests and teammates.
• Ability to perform active, hands-on tasks requiring continuous movement throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.
• Capability to regularly move items weighing 25–30 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
